How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on annual USPS adjustments plus the cost of tracking

 

I haven't received my order yet? When can i expect it?

All orders ship out in batch via USPS every Monday/Tuesday. If you are from USA, domestic orders should arrive in 4-7 business days from the day of shipment. International orders will take longer depending on each country's customs and covid restrictions, 8-15 days is expected from the day of shipment.

Please refer to the tracking number attached to your order for shipment activities!

 

I changed my mind, I don't want it anymore, can i get a refund?

Unfortunately, all orders, upon checkout are final. I will not be able to refund you, sorry! I will also not be liable to any damaged product result from transportation mismanagement via USPS. But I assure you I always do my absolute best to package all orders properly to prevent tragic mishaps. 

 

Can you reserve ________ for me I will pay you later!

You may reserve goods during concert seasons. All preorders will be denoted on my site and will be available for on site pickup on the day of the concert.

Otherwise, all products will be first come first serve in my shop. If it's sold out, it will likely be unavailable for a while (or forever) 😔
